Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policies :

If the package is being Damaged or Incorrect, the product can be sent return. The same will be applied to the carrier while accepting the product. 

  • Damaged Product :

If the delivery has an exterior\cover tampered with the Don’t accept it. Instantly take a picture of it and send it to us through the E-mail address while you’re rejecting the product. It will help us replace a fresh order for you and with our inquiry. And if the exterior is fine but the product inside is damaged, we will help you manage it and if the video of opening the delivery is available, we well assist you with a replacement. 

 

  • What about delayed delivery ?

If you’re finished with ordering the delivery but didn’t get your shipment, don’t be worried, we will assist you in determining who has collected the goods by requesting the Proof of Delivery (POD) from the Courier Company. The Courier Company takes 4\5 business days to respond and to send the POD. We will send you the information of the delivery instantly and in mean time, please help us by giving some time. Moreover, you can verify if someone has received your product without letting you know. We will always be there to help you with all our efforts.
